Van Gogh is one of my favourite artists and this picture is inspired by a painting of his of three sunflowers from 1888.
Sunflowers are the flower of happiness and having pictures of them brings happiness in to your life with their sunny faces lifted to the sun.
Here at Laura Aldridge Art in Benidoleig on the Costa Blanca of Spain we have endless sunny days to lift our spirits and warm our hearts. Living here is quite a blessing.
