Here on the Costa blanca we have strong sunlight all year round and blue skies with hardly a cloud. We are very lucky to enjoy beautiful weather virtually all year round.
In my studio at Laura Aldridge Art in Benidoleig I like to experiment with colour and texture. This wonderful picture has multiple layers of paint, threads and collage, something different to see in every part of the picture.
Abstract with butterflies is a mixed media acrylic painting on canvas. Its one of the first pictures I have tried this particular textured technique on.
